Shipping times
The shipping time depends on the piece; it is shown before you confirm your order and then confirmed by e-mail. Pre-orders ship as soon as the piece arrives; the date depends on the publisher’s official release. In case of a significant delay we will let you know, and you may cancel your pre-order for a full refund.
Costs and tracking
Shipping costs depend on the destination and are shown before payment. Every parcel has a tracking number, available in your customer account or on the Track my order page.
Packaging
Figures travel in their sealed original box, itself protected in a suitable carton. Fragile pieces and large formats (1000%) receive particular care.
Returns and right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from receipt to withdraw from your purchase, without giving a reason. Contact us with your order number and we will send you the return instructions.
Items must be returned new, complete, in their original packaging, with tags and seals intact. Any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is needed to establish the nature of the item (for example opening a sealed collector’s box) may be deducted from the refund. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Refunds are made to the original payment method no later than 14 days after we receive your request; they may be withheld until the returned item has been received.
