What is a pre-order?A piece announced by the publisher but not yet released. You reserve it now; it ships as soon as it arrives. In case of a significant delay, you may cancel for a full refund.
How long does delivery take?It depends on the piece; the time is shown before you order and confirmed by e-mail. Every parcel is tracked.
What do 100%, 400% and 1000% mean?They are BE@RBRICK sizes: about 7 cm, 28 cm and 70 cm.
Can I return an item?Yes, within 14 days of receipt, if it is new, complete and in its original packaging with seals intact.
