Data collected and purposes
- Account and orders: identity, contact details, addresses, history — to fulfil your orders, provide customer service and meet our accounting obligations (basis: contract and legal obligation).
- Messages: the content of your requests — to answer you (basis: legitimate interest).
- Newsletter: e-mail address — only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Analytics: browsing data — to improve the site, with your consent where required by law.
Payment
Card data is processed directly by our payment provider and never stored by us.
Recipients
Your data is accessible to the Maison Sosei team and our technical processors (hosting, payment, carriers), within the limits of their tasks. It is never sold.
Retention
Account data: until the account is deleted or after 3 years of inactivity. Order data: the legal accounting retention period. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. To exercise them, contact us. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
