1. Seller
The maison-sosei.com shop is operated by LHN Group, whose full details are given in the legal notice. These terms apply to every order placed on the site by a consumer.
2. Products
Products are new and authentic. Figures are delivered sealed in their original box. Photographs and descriptions are as accurate as possible; dimensions are approximate.
3. Prices
Prices are in euros, including applicable VAT, excluding shipping. Shipping costs are shown before the order is confirmed. The applicable price is the one displayed when the order is placed.
4. Orders
An order is binding once payment has been confirmed. A confirmation e-mail summarises the order. We reserve the right to cancel an order if the piece is unavailable, in case of an obvious pricing error or suspected fraud; you are then refunded in full.
5. Pre-orders
Pre-orders concern pieces announced by the publisher. The shipping date is indicative and depends on that release. In case of a significant delay or cancellation by the publisher, you will be informed and may obtain a full refund.
6. Payment
Payment is due when ordering, by the methods offered at checkout. Transactions are processed by a secure payment provider; Maison Sosei never has access to your card details.
7. Delivery
Orders are delivered to the address given at checkout within the stated time. Any visible damage must be reported to the carrier on delivery and to us as soon as possible, with photographs.
8. Right of withdrawal
Under EU consumer law, you have 14 days from receipt to withdraw without giving a reason, via our contact form. Items must be returned new, complete, in their original packaging, tags and seals intact; any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature of the goods may be deducted. Return costs are borne by the customer. Refunds are made within 14 days of the request and may be withheld until the item is received.
9. Warranties
You benefit from the two-year legal guarantee of conformity under EU and national law and from the guarantee against hidden defects. Every piece is also checked before shipping: should a doubt about the authenticity of a delivered item be established, it would be taken back and refunded in full.

Data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy.
11. Complaints and disputes
For any complaint, contact us via the contact form: we always seek an amicable solution. Failing that, you may refer the matter free of charge to the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service (mediationconsommateur.be). These terms are governed by Belgian law, without prejudice to the mandatory, more protective provisions of the consumer’s country of residence.
